Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court, vide order dated 18.5.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.23565 of 2017 with a direction to the learned trial court to conclude the trial without a period of one year. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that up till now only the charge has been framed in this case and name of the petitioner has been disclosed by the co-accused and he is in custody since 29.10.2016 and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29662 of 2018 (2) dt.20-06-2018 2/2 enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. Ist class, Gaya in connection with Chandauti P.S.Case no.300 of 2016 with condition that he will cooperate in disposal of the trial and will also appear as and when required by the learned court below; otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled.
