The petitioner is in custody since 21.08.2019 in connection with Aurangabad (Mufassil) P.S. Case No. 89 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recoveries were not made from his conscious possession but saddled on his shoulder due to his enmity with the local Chowkidar. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on

No.68255 of 2019(2) dt.05-11-2019 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge- VII cum Special Judge (Excise), Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad (Muffassil) P.S.
