2. The present petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioners, apprehending their arrest, in connection with Rangra PS. Case No.- 73 of 2025 dated 12.04.2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(1), 118(1) (2), 109, 303(2), 352, 351(2) (3), 3(5) of BNS, 2023.
3. As per allegation, the accused persons including the petitioners entered into the house of the informant and assaulted his mother, brother and other family members with iron rod and as per further case of the prosecution, petitioner/Randhir Kumar Singh and co-accused Harsh Kumar
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67230 of 2025(2) dt.17-09-2025 2/3 Singh @ Golu Singh assaulted the brother of the informant on his leg and consequently, his leg got broken.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the Petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that on account of previous enmity, all the family members of the petitioners' side have been implicated including the women.
5. It is also stated in paragraph no. 2 of the bail petition that the petitioners have not moved this Court earlier either for anticipatory bail or regular one in the instant case.
6. It has further been stated in paragraph no.3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
7. Learned APP for the State vehemently opposes the prayer of the Petitioners for bail.
8. Considering the nature of allegation and materials on record, I am not persuaded to enlarge the petitioner No.2/Randhir Kumar Singh on anticipatory bail.
9. Accordingly, the present petition on behalf of the petitioner No.2/Randhir Kumar Singh stands rejected.
10. However, petitioner No.1/Nupur Kumari @ Nupur Devi being a lady, this petition is allowed, directing the petitioner above-named, to be enlarged on bail, in the event of

No.67230 of 2025(2) dt.17-09-2025 3/3 her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on her furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs.10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Concerned Court below, in connection with Rangra PS. Case No.- 73 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) B.N.S.S., 2023 and on the following conditions: (i) In case, it is brought to the notice of the court below that the petitioner has any criminal antecedents, learned court below shall cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner after hearing her and getting satisfied that the petitioner has concealed her criminal antecedent despite her knowledge of the same.
(ii) In case, it is brought to the notice of the court below that statement regarding previous bail petition is wrong, learned court below shall cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner. (Jitendra Kumar, J.) ravishankar/- U T
