2. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No. 167 of 2024 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Section 30(a)(d) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per the allegation made in the FIR, 36 litres of country made liquor along with 2000 litres of raw ingredients for use of manufacturing of illicit liquor was recovered from a bush near jobakala village forest area.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case.

5. Learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail and submitted that petitioner has criminal antecedents of seven cases.

6. Considering the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the present bail application stands rejected.
