Petitioner is accused in connection with Bettiah Muffasil P.S. Case No. 321 of 2019 registered under Sections 387 of the I.P.C. and 25(1-b) (a)/26/35 of the Arms Act. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It is also submitted that no any arms have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 15.06.2019.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M.,
