The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bihariganj P.S. Case No.148 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 506, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is to have committed murder of the father of the informant along with other co-accused persons.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. He further submits that earlier his bail application vide order dated 08.04.2024 passed in Cr. Misc.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72398 of 2024(2) dt.31-01-2025 2/2 No. 1868 of 2024 was rejected. It is submitted that nothing incriminating articles have been surfaced against this petitioner, during course of investigation, which may connect him with the present set of occurrence. It is submitted that petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and is in custody since 01.08.2023. 5.

Learned APP appearing for the State, opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6.

In view of the submissions made above, this is the second time prayer of bail filed by the petitioner. First time his bail application was rejected vide order dated 08.04.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1868 of 2024 and there is no fresh ground for considering his prayer for bail this time also. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner this time also.

Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.
