The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Bairia P.S. Case No. 46 of 2018 registered under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that save and except the ocular allegation made in the first information report, there is no document to support the fact

Learned counsel for the State opposed the application for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner. Considering the nature of allegation and the submission made above, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Bairia P.S.
