JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 15-05-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 28.3.2018, seeks bail in Gardanibagh PS Case No. 128 of 2018 registered under Sections 417, 420 and 120B of the IPC.

The allegation in brief is that the petitioner impersonated her sister in the physical examination being held for recruitment of constable.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had not participated in the physical test rather allegation itself states that she had turned up for appearing in the physical test and she is in custody since 29.3.2018.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Khushi Kumari is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM XIV Patna in connection with Gardanibagh PS Case No. 128 of 2018.
