The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Special Case No.2432 of 2018 arising out of Hathidah P.S. Case No. 14 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The allegation is regarding the recovery of 15.6 liters of illicit liquor from the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner has a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 16.03.2018.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30569 of 2018 (2) dt.22-05-2018 2/2 furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Special Case No.2432 of 2018 arising out of Hathidah P.S. Case No. 14 of 2018.
