JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 01-10-2019 Grievance of the petitioners in the present writ application is non payment of salary despite direction of the District Teachers Appellate Authority.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are regularly working since 2012 yet the petitioners have not been paid salary.

Considering the grievance of the petitioners, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the District

Patna High Court CWJC No.20256 of 2019(2) dt.01-10-2019 2/2 Programme Officer (Establishment), Nalanda at Biharsharif to exaime the claim of the petitioners in the light of the decision of the District Teachers Appellate Authority and ensure payment of salary at the earliest preferably within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order after verification of the record as to working of the petitioners. With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
