2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 464C of 2022 registered under Sections 147, 148, 323, 341, 447, 326, 307, 379, 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on, Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was added.

3. As per complaint case-cum-protest petition filed on behalf of the Opposite Party No. 2, the prosecution case, in brief, is that on the alleged date and time of occurrence, hot discussion took place between the parties for land due to which all the accused persons started abusing and assaulting the complainant and his family members, as a result of which they sustained injuries and during course of treatment, the brother of complainant namely Md. Basir died.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that as per complaint case, specific accusation of assault is against co-accused Md. Rashid who has allegedly assaulted the deceased with sword. There is no specific allegation of assaulting the brother of complainant/deceased against these petitioners. Police after investigation submitted final form against the petitioners. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State and learned counsel for the O.P. No. 2 opposed the bail application.
6. Having considered the fact and circumstances of the case, general and omnibus allegation and admitted land dispute between the parties, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of eight weeks from today, on
