Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Tarabari P.S. Case No. 52 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 30(a), 30(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioner has been implicated in this case falsely due to dirty village politics. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of these petitioners. Petitioners are men of clean antecedent. Learned Addl. P.P. appearing for the State

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62197 of 2019(2) dt.16-10-2019 2/2 opposes the prayer for bail and submits that recovery has been made from the house of this petitioner which suggests that petitioner was involved in manufacturing of illicit liquor. Considering the nature of allegations levelled, the materials available on record and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, this Court does not find it to be a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. The same is, therefore, rejected.
