This application has been filed for transfer of Complaint Case No.1223 of 2013, Tr.No.79 of 2018 pending in the court of ACJM, Rohtas at Sasaram to the competent court at Patna Judgeship.

Grounds for transfer is that the complainant has caucus at Rohtas and as such the petitioner apprehends that he will not get justice at Rohtas and as such the present case has been filed. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, and though there is apprehension shown by the petitioner but that apprehension is
