This application, for grant of regular bail, arises out of Hussainganj Police Station Case No. 321 of 2017, disclosing offences under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioner has been made accused in this case merely on the basis of suspicion as the petitioner is said to have been last seen with the deceased and no any cogent material has come against him during course of investigation. The petitioner has been languishing in judicial custody for the last four months. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29976 of 2018 (4) dt.17-07-2018 the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan, in connection with Hussainganj Police Station Case No. 321 of 2017.
