The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is non-payment of current as well as arrears of salary to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after the order of the District Education Appellate Authority, Nalanda, petitioner was appointed as Panchyat Sikshak, but unfortunately the salary of the petitioner has not been paid. Considering the aforesaid, the writ application is

Patna High Court CWJC No.20502 of 2019(2) dt.15-10-2019 2/2 disposed of with direction to the District Programme Officer ( Establishment) Nalanda to examine whether the petitioner is regularly working after appointment order of District Education Appellate Authority, Nalanda, and if it is found that the petitioner is regularly working he shall ensure payment of salary to the petitioner for the period petitioner has actually worked, within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the present writ application stands disposed of.
