JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 15-05-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 27.3.2018, seeks bail in Aurangabad Town PS Case No. 95 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 337, 323, 324, 335, 336, 427, 307, 332, 333, 353, 360, 295A, 188, 120B of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks bail on the ground of parity as many other similarly situated co-accused persons have been admitted to bail and the allegations are general and omnibus, nothing is specific and the petitioner has clean antecedent. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Raushan Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad Town PS Case No. 95 of 2018.
