Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Nabinagar PS Case No.35 of 2018, registered under Sections 385 and 387 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that neither the mobile number mentioned in the FIR belongs to the petitioner nor he is named, one Dharmendra is named in the FIR and petitioner has been made accused only on the basis of confessional statement of one Raju Ranjan Kumar @ Raju Mehta and this petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
