2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Deoriya P.S. Case No. 226 of 2022 for the offence registered under sections 341, 323, 324, 308, 504, 354 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code lodged on 09.12.2022 by the informant, Shobha Devi.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that the accused persons including this petitioner were making illegal construction, her brother-in-law (devar) objected to that whereafter the assault took place. The allegation against the accused persons is of assaulting her devar, causing head injury. Further, allegation is of outraging the modesty of the female

4. Though learned Counsel for the petitioner tried to impress upon this Court, a bare perusal of the order of the learned Sessions Judge would show that Suraj Kumar has sustained two grievous injury in that view of the matter, it would be appropriate that the petitioner seeks bail.
