2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 25(9), 27, 35 of the Arms Act.

3. It is alleged that in order to create panic among the people, on 17.09.2023, this petitioner alongwith others were seen waiving dangerous arms on social media.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been made accused only on suspicion. No incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Nobody sustained any fire-arm injury. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Mehsi P.S. Case No. 308 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
