The petitioner is languishing in custody since 21.06.2019 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414 and 413/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that from the possession of the petitioner one stolen motorcycle has been recovered.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was not aware about the motorcycle being stolen one and investigation has already been concluded. Though, the petitioner is accused in four other cases but he is on bail in all those cases.

Learned APP submits that the petitioner is named in the FIR.

No.61755 of 2019(2) dt.27-11-2019 2/2 Considering the fact that the investigation has already been concluded and period under custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Chapra, Saran in connection with Isuapur P.S. Case No. 80 of 2019.
