The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bodh Gaya P.S. Case No. 309 of 2016 registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R but in course of investigation, co-accused Ravi Kumar, has disclosed the name of Raj Kumar and later on, Raj Kumar also detailed the name of this petitioner in his confessional statement, showing his involvement in the present case. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62415 of 2019(2) dt.17-10-2019 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with Bodh Gaya P.S. Case No. 309 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
