2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Pakribarawan P.S. Case No. 201 of 2025 dated 22.05.2025 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 74, 109, 115(2), 126(2), 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. The prosecution case, in short, is that on the alleged date of occurrence, petitioner no. 1 entered into the house of the informant in inebriated condition and used filthy words for her. When she objected, he thrown her on the ground with oblique intention and torn her blouse. On her cry, her husband came there. Then, petitioner no. 2 assaulted on his head due to which

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the informant is the aunt of the petitioners. Both the sides are agnates. Due to property dispute, this false case has been lodged. It is further submitted that co-accused Prasidh Singh and husband of the informant, Purushottam Kumar are full brothers. It is submitted that dwelling house was partitioned by metes and bound much earlier and dwelling house came in the share of petitioners' father and and husband of the informant wanted additional land in lieu of old dwelling house.
It is further submitted that the informant used to allege that her husband has not received proper share in lieu of old dwelling house and on this issue firstly, ladies of both the brothers indulged in verbal altercation and subsequently, both brothers including their children also involved and only with oblique motive, such allegation of using filthy language is alleged. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the nature of injury sustained by her husband on his head is said to be simple in nature. Lastly, it has been submitted that petitioners have no criminal antecedents.
5. On the other hand, learned A.P.P. for the State has

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest / surrender of the petitioners within a period of six weeks from today, in connection with Pakribarawan P.S. Case No. 201 of 2025, they will be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IInd, Nawadah subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S.
