This is an appeal under Section 14 (A) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 (hereinafter referred to as the " S.C/S.T Act") against the refusal of prayer for regular bail by the learned A.D.J.-1-cum-Special Judge, (S.C./S.T) Sitamarhi in Sonbarsa P.S. Case No. 40 of 2017 registered under Sections 363, 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Sections 3(i)(r)(w)(i) of the S.C./S.T. Act. The statement of the victim under Section 164 Cr.P.C. would reveal that she had voluntarily married with co-accused Sunil Kumar @ Sunil Panjiar, who is son of this appellant.
