Petitioner, already in custody since 31.3.2018, seeks bail in Bakhtiyarpur PS Case No. 158 of 2018 registered under Sections 20, 22 of NDPS Act and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that ganja was not recovered from the possession of the petitioner rather was recovered from the house of Sadhu Singh and Happy Kumar, only allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of a loaded pistol. Having considered the recovery of loaded arms and only one month in custody so the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Arun Kumar, J) Snkumar/- U T
