JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-11-2019 The petitioner, who is holding the post of Child Development Project Officer, has put to challenge an order dated 03.12.2016 whereby she has been transferred by respondent no. 4 from Munger Gramin to Haveli Kharagpur. There are seven grounds which have been taken in the writ application to question the correctness of the transfer order including violation of principles of natural justice and colourable exercise of power.

However, from the pleadings on record, I do not find any material adequate for requiring this Court to interfere with an order of transfer, which is purely executive in nature,

Secondly, this writ application was filed nearly two years ago. No interim order was ever passed in favour of the petitioner's case by this Court. I do no find any justification to entertain this application, in the absence of any material to suggest that the impugned order is beyond jurisdiction or malafide.

This application is accordingly dismissed.
