The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Birpur P.S.Case No. 27 of 2016 registered under Sections 420, 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the allegation made in the FIR that the petitioner along with another co-accused was moving on a stolen motorcycle, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J) Pradeep/- U T
