2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Amour P.S. Case No. 197 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 417, 419, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 472, 473, 474 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner has been rejected twice.

4. The petitioner is involved in committing ATM fraud and withdrawing money from ATM of different persons. Huge cash, Aadhar Card, Pan Card and bank passbooks etc. had been recovered from the house of the petitioner.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner has not been able to make out a case for grant of bail in the 3rd attempt.

6. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.

7. The trial Court is directed to hold the trial of the petitioner and other accused of the present case on day to day basis.

8. The Superintendent of Police, Purnea is directed to produce the witnesses in the trial Court regularly and will provide all cooperation to the Court for concluding the trial at the earliest.

9. List this case after three months under the heading 'To Be Mentioned' awaiting the report of the trial Court with regard to the trial.
