2. This contempt application has been filed by the petitioner for willful disobedience and deliberate noncompliance of the order dated 27.04.2023 passed by this Court.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that during the pendency of MJC application, the prosecution

Patna High Court MJC No.2914 of 2023(6) dt.30-08-2024 2/2 against the petitioner, Rohit Kumar Tripathi, has already been quashed in quashing application, as such, there is no cause of action for the present petitioner to pursue this matter further and hence this application has become infructuous.

4. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as infructuous.
