2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 268/2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 310(4), 310(5), 64, 62, 76, 305, 3(5) of the B.N.S. and Section 3/8 POCSO Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, petitioners along with other accused persons are alleged to have assaulted the victim and even looted a gold chain and silver chain from her house.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submits that petitioners have clean antecedent and they are in custody since 21.07.2025. The petitioners undertake to co-operate in the case/ trial.
5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J.-cum- Special Court, POCSO, Supaul/concerned Court below in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 268 of 2024 subject to the following condition:- (i) At the time of accepting the bail bonds of the petitioners, the Court below shall verify the statement of the petitioners that they have clean antecedent. The bail bonds of the petitioners shall only be accepted if it is found that they have clean antecedent.
