JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 06-06-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Nayagaon P.S. Case No. 37 of 2017 for the offenses under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case was registered against unknown. The petitioner was remanded in this case on 6.3.2018 while he was in custody in connection with Dalsingsarai P.S. Case No. 300 of 2017. he further submits that the petitioner was not put on TIP and as such the petitioner deserves bail as the investigation in this case has been completed and the identity of the petitioner in the commission of the crime has not been established by putting the petitioner on TIP.
