2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the informant was going on a bike at 11:00 P.M. as he reached near the turn of Dhibra Bajrang Bali Temple, three unknown persons intercepted him and started snatching his motorcycle. It is further alleged that he was assaulted with a 'knife' and that all his belongings were forcible snatched by the miscreants.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that name of the petitioner has surfaced after 11 months of the

The petitioner had merely purchased a second-hand mobile from the shop of Rakesh and upon activation of his SIM card in the said device, he was apprehended by the police. It is also submitted that the petitioner is not put on Test Identification Parade (TIP). Moreover, the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 20.05.2025 having no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Phulwari Sharif (Janipur) P.S. Case No. 793 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-IV, Patna.
