The petitioner's lease has not been renewed by the Collector, Munger since 1992 without any reason. It seems that the Collector, Munger does not know the Revenue Laws and particularly the law relating to the Khas Mahal.

The Collector, Munger is directed to take a decision in the matter, in accordance with law, within four weeks from the date of communication of the order and renew the lease.

In case the Collector, Munger does not comply with the order of this Court, the petitioner will have liberty to revive the writ application for necessary action against the Collector.
