2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Begusarai Town P.S Case No. 200 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 338 and 351 (2) of BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner along with co-accused kept running the truck of the informant and assured that they would take care of management of the truck and would pay him a fix amount every month for his truck. Further, it is alleged that accused persons have disappeared the truck of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is next submitted that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. From perusal of the F.I.R., impugned order and materials available on record it appears that petitioner is not in any way connected with the affairs of giving and taking of truck. He is not even a mediator or a witness in the agreement between the informant and accused Surendra Singh and Banti Kumar.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the trial court within a period of six weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Town P.S Case No. 200 of 2025 subject to the condition laid down under Section 482(2) of BNSS.
