Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.364 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 354-B and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and the complainant are residents of the same village and due to old enmity in their family, the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. No such occurrence ever took place, which is evident from the fact that no first information report was lodged. Further there is contradiction in the statement

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31811 of 2018 (3) dt.05-06-2018 2/2 of the complainant. Petitioner is a social worker and he has not committed such offence. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-IV, Madhepura in connection with Complaint Case No.364 of 2017 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
