2. Learned counsel for the State has filed a counter affidavit stating therein that the report of the Anchal Amin, Simri which has been annexed, which suggests that for the same set of land the petitioner has already filed a Title Suit No. 129 of 2017 which is still pending for consideration.

3. In view of the aforesaid, the petitioner may pursue the remedy before the competent Civil Court where the Title Suit No. 129 of 2017 is pending.
