2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109(1), 191(2), 191(3), 190, 352 of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both parties are Gotiyas and due to land dispute, Maarpit took place between the parties, in which, both sides sustained injuries. Case and counter case.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68056 of 2025(2) dt.24-09-2025 2/2 be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Sanichari P.S. Case No. 20 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the B.N.S.S., 2023.
