JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 15-05-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners, already in custody since 13.3.2018, seek bail in Kadirganj PS Case No. 21 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 337 and 379 of the IPC. Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners and the informant are agnates, there is case and counter case filed by both sides, there is general and omnibus allegation against all accused persons of assaulting the informant but only three injuries were found on his person and only one was found to be grievous and that is on non vital part of the body.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioners, namely, Braj Kishor Singh @ Brij Kishore Singh and Shankar Kumar are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Ranjay Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, lst Class, Masaurhi, Patna in connection with Kadirganj PS Case No. 21 of 2018.
