The petitioner seeks bail in Kesariya P.S. Case No. 40 of 2018 registered under Sections 304B, 307 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner along with her family members are said to have committed dowry death of the sister of the informant and tried to set her dead body ablazed by splashing petrol on her. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is quite innocent. She has committed no offence. She has been falsely implicated in the case. As a matter of fact, the deceased was a mentally retarded person and had committed suicide. The doctor conducting the autopsy of the cadaver of the

The petitioner happens to be mother-in-law and allegation levelled against the petitioner is not specific rather general and omnibus in nature. Husband of the petitioner is in custody. She has been languishing in custody since 09.02.2018. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 11th Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Kesariya P.S.
