JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 05-06-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with G.O. Case No. 350 of 2018, arising out of P.R. No. 03 of 2018, for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 13.04.2018. He further submits that the petitioner is lady and she has no criminal antecedent. Counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing has been seized from the conscious possession of the petitioner. He further submits that the petitioner is not involved in the trade of illicit liquor.
