The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Complaint Case No. C2-547 of 2017 instituted for the offences under and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
The allegation is regarding recovery of 18 litres of illicit liquor from the possession of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case, he has a clean antecedent and is in custody since 29.09.2017.
