The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Keoti P.S.Case No. 109 of 2017 registered under Sections 406,420,467 and 468/34 of the Indian penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that a Chit-Fund like company opened the office in the name and style of Ideal India Infrastructure Company Limited and deposits were made by investors till year 2015 and when returns were to be paid to the investors, office was closed and the deposit worth Rs. 1,32,00,000/- was misappropriated and the petitioner is said to be the motivator of the local people to make investment. Submission is that petitioner is not owner or proprietor but the Branch Manager of the Company, he was employed by

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant opposed the prayer of bail and submits that he persuaded the investors to invest money.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in particular, petitioner was one of the local person, having been employed by its owner and other persons and the beneficiary is those local people, so petitioner, namely , Vijay Choupal @ Vijay Kumar Choupal, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM VII, Darbhanga connection with Keoti P.S.
