Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 323, 341 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation of commission of fatal assault to the father of the informant is against co-accused Subodh Yadav and Putus Yadav. Though the petitioner is named in the FIR, however, there is no such allegation against the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Halsi Police Station Case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58325 of 2017 (2) dt.12-12-2017 2/2 No. 51 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
