The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 427, 395, 452 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of Explosive Substance Act and 27 of the Arms Act and 17 of the C.L.A. Act.

Allegation is that the accused persons having armed with deadly weapons came and looted valuable goods from the house of the informant and they also exploded bombs. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 28.05.2019. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The name of the petitioner has come on confessional statement of co-accused.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge X, Saran in connection with S.Tr.
