JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 29-06-2018 Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Roushanganj P.S.Case No. 185 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation as per FIR is that one occurrence took place where informant was assaulted and he got a case lodged with the Roushanganj Police Station being P.S.Case No. 183 of 2017 and when he came back home he came to know that his father was also assaulted by accused persons and due to severe injuries he died. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that deceased died due to disease and moreover no specific allegation is attributed against these petitioners, who are ladies. Heard learned APP also.
Having heard both sides and in view of the fact that no

No.32274 of 2018 (2) dt.29-06-2018 2/2 specific allegation is attributed against the petitioners and they are ladies, let the petitioners, named above, surrender within a period of six weeks from the receipt of this order and on their so surrendering they shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya, in connection with Roushanganj P.S.Case No. 185 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further conditions are that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned.
