2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pasraha P.S. Case No. 66 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 307, 34, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27(3) of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is the order giver and the assailant of the deceased are Deepak and others.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. From bare perusal of FIR, it appears that the specific allegation of firing is against other co-accused and petitioner is only the order giver. The petitioner is in jail since 17.06.2023

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Pasraha P.S. Case No. 66 of 2023.
7. The petitioner will also mark attendance in Pasraha Police Station, Khagaria on the first and third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) P. Kumar U T
