Petitioner is in custody in connection with Aurangabad (T) P.S. Case No. 95 of 2018 for the offence under sections 147, 148, 149, 337, 323, 324, 435, 436, 427, 307, 332, 333, 353, 360, 295(A), 188 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that FIR contains the name of the 89 persons and 100 unknown. The allegation against this petitioner is that he was involved in pelting stones and causing disturbance of peace and tranquility. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that many other similarly circumstanced co-accused have been granted bail

No.32975 of 2018(2) dt.04-06-2018 2/2 by the different benches of this court vide order dated 02.05.2018, 3.5.2018, 4.5.2018, 9.5.2018, 14.5.2018,11.5.2018, 16.5.2018, 15.5.2018 and 17.5.2018 respectively in Cr. No. 25962 of 2018 and others, let the petitioners, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, in connection with Aurangabad(T) P.S.
