The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kanti PS case no. 64 of 2018 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 400, 401, 413, 414, 379, 511 of Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding the police having apprehended the petitioner herein and recovered motorcycle as also an iron cutter.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said motorcycle belongs to the father of the petitioner, as is apparent from the document annexed as Annexure 2 to the present petition. It is further submitted that the petitioner is languishing in custody since 10.02.2018.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31623 of 2018 (2) dt.31-05-2018 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the abovenamed petitioner is directed to be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SDJM (West) Muzaffarpur in connection with Kanti PS case no. 64 of 2018.
