JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 24-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent State. The mother of the petitioner was a Assistant Teacher in Primary School, Nilami Parsauni, Anchal - Parsauni, District Sitamarhi. She died in harness on 03.11.2015. After the death of his mother, petitioner submitted an application in the prescribed format for consideration of his case for compassionate appointment on 17.05.2018 before the competent authority. But no decision was taken by the respondents till date. Considering the object of the compassionate appointment, the Court direct the respondent to take appropriate

Patna High Court CWJC No.19586 of 2019(2) dt.24-09-2019 2/2 decision with regard to the claim of the petitioner for compassionate appointment at the earliest, preferably within a period of 60 days from the receipt/production of a copy of this order.
