ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 29-06-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 22.02.2018 in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 07 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 376, 323 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4 and 6 of the Prevention of Children from Sexual Offence Act (POCSO Act), pending in the court of learned Special Judge, POCSO Act, Muzaffarpur.

Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. It is, accordingly, rejected. The petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.
