2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 302, 342, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner shot dead son of the informant.

4. Trial Court report reveals that all the prosecution witnesses have been examined and now, the case is at the stage of defence evidence.

5. Considering the nature of accusation and progress of trial, the prayer for bail of petitioner is rejected. However, the Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible preferably within a period of one year from the date of
